Industry Introduction:

Our main work is building models of construction projects, real estate projects, schools, factories, etc., at scales requested by customers such as 1/50, 1/100 up to 1/10,000. Buildings hundreds of meters tall are scaled down to less than one meter.

We use modern technologies such as laser cutting, 3D printing, 2D and 3D CNC to process materials like acrylic, wood, foam, etc., then assemble, sand, putty, and paint to complete the products.

The final products are further decorated with electronically controlled lighting systems and specialized model accessories such as cars, motorcycles, trees, and flowers.

Our products are used for project presentations or traditional exhibition rooms, etc.

Most projects are constructed in our production workshop until completion, then transported and installed at the customer’s requested location in various provinces.

To meet long-term human resource needs, Bac Viet Design and Construction Co., Ltd. is recruiting additional staff to work in the company’s model production field, specifically as follows:

1. ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING IMPLEMENTATION STAFF

1.1 Job Description:

• Receive drawings and requirements from managers;
• Discuss with the team and report implementation plans to managers;
• Convert drawings into 2D assembly pieces and hand them over to the cutting and assembly department;
• Inspect and support the cutting and assembly department to ensure correct implementation of the plan;
• Prepare reports for managers upon project completion.

1.2 Working Hours and Location:

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off, morning 8:00–12:00, afternoon 13:30–17:30, overtime when necessary.
Location: 1202+1204 Quang Trung Street, Yen Nghia Ward, Ha Dong District (800m from Yen Nghia Bus Station towards Xuan Mai).

1.3 Requirements:

• College degree or higher in construction or architecture;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D architectural software;
• Good geometric thinking;
• Disciplined, eager to learn and improve.

1.4 Salary and Other Benefits:

• Salary: Fixed salary (negotiable) + KPI + project bonuses;
• 12 days of annual leave + public holidays;

2. MODEL CONSTRUCTION STAFF

2.1 Job Description:

Receive drawings from the design department, cut the drawings using a laser machine, then sand, assemble, and paint details to complete the required structure.

2.2 Working Hours and Location:

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off, morning 8:00–12:00, afternoon 13:30–17:30, overtime when necessary.
Location: 1202+1204 Quang Trung Street, Yen Nghia Ward, Ha Dong District (800m from Yen Nghia Bus Station towards Xuan Mai).

2.3 Requirements:

• High school diploma;
• Dexterous and meticulous;
• Disciplined, eager to learn and improve;
• Preference for candidates with experience in similar fields such as advertising, handmade products, or proficiency in AutoCAD and CorelDRAW.

2.4 Salary and Other Benefits

• Salary: Fixed salary (negotiable) + piece-rate salary + project bonuses;
• 13th-month salary bonus, social insurance and annual leave as regulated;

3. INTERNAL ACCOUNTANT

3.1 Job Description:

• Issue electronic invoices, collect input and output invoices;
• Reconcile and monitor accounts payable and receivable;
• Monitor and prepare payroll for employees;
• Collect documents and record arising transactions;
• Calculate inventory costs for goods;
• Handle bank payment accounting;
• Prepare labor reports;
• Prepare internal reports;
• Check and reconcile inventory data;
• Perform other related tasks as required by the Director.

3.2 Working Hours and Location:

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off, morning 8:00–12:00, afternoon 13:30–17:30, overtime when necessary.
Location: 1202+1204 Quang Trung Street, Yen Nghia Ward, Ha Dong District (800m from Yen Nghia Bus Station towards Xuan Mai).

3.3 Requirements:

• Gender: Female; age 25–35;
• Office computer skills (Word, Excel);
• College degree or higher in accounting;
• More than 1 year of experience in a similar position (previous work in a manufacturing company is an advantage).

3.4 Salary and Other Benefits:

• Fixed salary 8.0 million VND + performance-based bonuses;
• 13th-month salary bonus;
